If you use the enquiry form we collect your name, your email address and your message. If you choose to give them, we also collect the pieces you selected, whether you are enquiring privately or for a company and that company’s name, the type of project, and where you are based. Only the first three are required. We also record which page you sent the enquiry from.
We count visits so we can see which pieces people are drawn to and which pages are not working. This is done with Plausible, an independent analytics service based in the European Union.
It sets no cookies, does not follow you to other websites, does not build a profile of you and holds no advertising or campaign data. What we see is a count: how many people visited a page, which country they were in, what brought them here, and which links were clicked. None of it identifies you, and we cannot single you out from it.
If you would rather not be counted, you can turn it off for this browser.
Only to answer your enquiry. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not profile you, and we do not sell them.
Your enquiry is read and answered by Studio OMAH. Two services handle it along the way: Google Workspace, which hosts our email, and an AI assistant made by Anthropic, which we use to help draft our replies. Nothing is sent to anyone else, and nothing is shared for anyone else’s marketing.
Enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in Paris and in our Google Workspace mailbox. The site itself is served by Vercel.
We keep an enquiry for as long as we are dealing with it, and for up to twenty four months afterwards so that we can pick up a conversation you started. After that it is deleted.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@omah-studio.com and we will action it.
If you are in the European Union and you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In France that is the CNIL.
This site sets no cookies, including for counting visits, which is why you have not been asked to accept any. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google.
